For January 2026, the University of Portsmouth has confirmed region-specific timelines and multiple scholarships.

India, Nepal, Sri Lanka: Apply by 1 Dec 2025 • Deposit 15 Dec • Conditions 22 Dec.
Pakistan, Bangladesh: Apply by 10 Nov 2025 • Deposit 24 Nov • Conditions 1 Dec.
Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, IMT (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand): Apply by 15 Dec 2025 • Deposit 22 Dec • Conditions 5 Jan 2026.

Scholarships (Jan 2026):

Chancellor’s Global Academic Merit Scholarship — £5,000 first-year fee reduction (application required; Jan-2026 eligible; deadline 31 Oct 2025).
Vice-Chancellor’s Global Development Scholarship — £2,500 first-year reduction (eligible nationalities include India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, among others).
Faculty of Science & Health Global PGT Scholarship — £2,000 (selected master’s; Jan-2026 phase; deadline 31 Oct 2025).
