Saskatchewan Polytechnic has released the latest seat capacity report for Academic Year 2026–2027 (as of March 9, 2026). Prospective students are encouraged to review the current seat availability and apply early to secure a place in their preferred program.

Applications for the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 intakes are currently open, providing international students with the opportunity to begin their studies at one of Canada’s leading polytechnic institutions.

Reduced Tuition Deposit for International Students

Saskatchewan Polytechnic has announced an important update for Academic Year 2026/27. The required tuition deposit for international students has been reduced from CAD $10,000 to CAD $5,000, making it more accessible for students to confirm their place.

This new policy applies to applicants admitted for the September 2026 intake and onwards whose letters of offer are issued on or after October 8, 2025.

Key details include:

• The non-refundable tuition deposit is CAD $5,000.
• The deposit must be paid within 30 days of receiving the Letter of Offer.
• Payment of the deposit reserves a seat in the selected program.
• The deposit will be applied toward the student’s total tuition and fees.
• The remaining tuition balance is payable when students begin their studies at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

Please note that letters issued before October 8, 2025 will still reflect the previous tuition deposit of CAD $10,000 and will follow the earlier tuition and fees policy.

Students planning to study in Canada are encouraged to review program availability and submit their applications as early as possible.
